Day 2 of the 21 Day Fast

In the middle of the fast most of us focus on the meal portion than where the true power comes from. It is important that we spend time meditating on the Word of God that will break barriers heal hearts and bring results in our lives. Today is about healing hearts: Meditate on how much God loves you. Remember what you are going through is not bigger than HIM!!!

21 Day (Daniel) Fast for Harvest Church International

Day One (1)

The importance of the 21 day fast for HCI is to usher the people of God into a new level of faithfulness when it comes into the Kingdom of God. The fast is not just about less food to consume but to gain more control over the actions of the flesh. This will allow each member to operate in greater level of discipline in their natural and spiritual lives. This will be achieved by spending time in the presence of God, time reading and meditating on the Word of God and finally listening to the voice of Holy Spirit.

Day One

• Spending the first part of your day just meditating on the goodness of God.
  
• Second spend time studying the Word

Col 3:12 (Message Translation) So, Chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline.

There is a greater on the end than the sacrifice that is being made now. Stay strong and steadfast in your fasting and praying.

Man of Purpose!!

In a day an time when woman have had to be single mothers, work and literaaly be everything to their household. While I give extreme kudos to the woman that keep everything together. If your man would submit his life to God and get into proper alignment as the visionary and provider of the house. As a woman would you allow him to lead, as long as he allows you to shine. Talk to me.

Men of Purpose

We had an awesome inaugural meeting on Saturday for the mens ministry "Men of Purpose".
The meeting/breakfast was held at the Hilton Garden Inn (White Marsh, Maryland).
Their was a great time of fellowship and absolute engagement of various conversations. The Men of Purpose Goal is to create men who fulfill their God given destiny for themselves and for their families.

This will be done in a four step process:

• Visualization
• Verbalization
• Internalization
• Materialization

Their was on intriguing thought that was left on the table. If the man leads in proper biblical order, will the woman submit and allow him to lead. Tune into to the next Men of Purpose Blog for answers and testimonies.
